Fraunhofer SIT presented a novel approach to security in mobile ad-hoc networks at the (ISC)2 Security Congress in Philadelphia, USA. This novel approach allows to establish trust in zero trust environments where no existing communication and trust infrastructure exists utilising the inherent functionalities of TCG's Trusted Platform Module. Aside of the security approach for ad-hoc networks, Fraunhofer SIT presented the results of the ESUKOM project by showing an application of the IF-MAP protocol and the visualisation engine provided by the Univerty of applied Siences Hanover.
